Somerfield Summer
For their 2008 Summer Campaign the requirement was to demonstrate that Somerfield can provide solutions, come rain or shine. We came up with a visually engaging and humorous campaign, based on traditional seaside postcards, which appealed to Somerfield's older audience. This creative was used throughout the store from exterior banner and offer posters, to directional signage and inspirational wobblers, as well as online and in the press. In a miserable market like for like sales up 8% versus an industry average of 4% brought smiles all round.
