Unveiling the mighty Quay FC
On the eve of The World Cup, a new force in football is unveiled here in Poole. Quay FC promises fingerlickingly good football.
5 Bright Blue Day employees have formed a team to compete in the upper echelons of English football - the Broadstone Junction Sports & Leisure Centre Tuesday Evening 5-A-Side League.
And their first game against Top Shot produced no less than 7, yes 7, goals! Unfortunately, these were all scored by Top Shot, but we can put this down to a bit of rustiness and lack of practice, The second half saw good football from Quay and several near misses that augur well for the next game.
Quay FC - you'll never walk again. Sorry - alone.
